OWNERSHIP

The owner of the www.bookspotcafe.com.au website (the “Site”) is Bookspot Cafe ABN 67 328 311 740 (“Bookspot”). Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) carefully before using this Site. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

RETURNS

You may return an online purchase within four weeks of receiving it only if:

• The Product is misbound or faulty in any way;

• The Product you received was different to the one ordered; or

• The Product arrived damaged.

If your product meets any of the above conditions, you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

Bookspot will only accept a customer return on product(s) within four weeks of purchase due to a change of mind. The product/s must be in original condition to be eligible for a return and must be in the same condition that it was sold in (i.e. not read or damaged in any way).

If your product does not meet any of the above conditions, however you would still like to return the product, please contact us directly via hello@bookspotcafe.com.au and the friendly staff can assist you.
